THE ART OF MEDITATION
Meditation
comes in many flavors. Charles teaches ongoing meditation classes in Austin
Texas, as well as on Yoga retreats in Mexico and Costa Rica. He also is
available to lead meditation workshops in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth,
San Antonio, and other cities upon request. Charles loves to combine yoga
and meditation in his teaching.
Each of us
has a place, within our mind, of perfect silence. This is the source from
which all thoughts flow. Learn the secrets of returning to the source
of consciousness and experiencing for yourself the deep peace and rejuvenation
of body and mind that comes from meditation. Along the way, improve your
powers of concentration, gain better health, and escape from the stress
of our modern civilization.
This work is available as a workshop, a series of ongoing
classes, a three day retreat, or an eight day retreat.
Over the course of the work, participants
learn between four and twenty-two different types of meditation including
eating meditation,
walking meditation,
working meditation,
breath awareness meditation,
Zen meditation,
detached observation meditation,
mantra meditation,
chanting meditation,
somatic meditation,
and perfected self meditation.
