Workshops with Charles
MacInerney
IN AUSTIN, TEXAS AND OTHER
CITIES

THE MIND/BODY CONNECTION
This workshop
on the mind body connection is usually offered by Charles at conferences
in Austin, Texas, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and around the country,
as well as to business or government agencies. It examines the relationship
and interconnections between the body, mind and spirit, with an emphasis
on how bringing these three aspects into balance helps to promote wellness,
and how an imbalance can manifest in a variety of diseases. The topic
of body/mind connections is examined from two different perspectives:
psycho-neuro-immunology research and traditional "Eastern" approaches.
The workshop will also provide practical techniques and exercises to promote
a greater sense of personal control and responsibility for wellness.
