STRESS MANAGEMENT
This stress management workshop by Charles
MacInerney, is available in Austin, Texas, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth,
San Antonio, and cities through out the US. Charles also teaches stress
management in schools and universities to teachers, in hospitals
to both patients and staff, and for corporate and business clients,
conferences, and athletic teams.
It focuses on techniques that can be used
both at home and at work to change the way you react to stress. We will
learn physical exercises, breathing techniques, and psychological tricks
to help you stay calm and centered, even in the midst of a stressful
environment. We will learn how the body responds to environmental stress,
how to detect early signs of stress and counter with appropriate techniques.
We will also talk about ways to modify your environment to make it less
stressful. If possible, please wear comfortable clothing.
