Yoga
& Meditation Retreat
with Charles MacInerney

SCHEDULE

At the heart of this retreat is the combination
of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and a variety of workshops.
The Yoga serves to relax and energize you. It creates
a sense of physical well-being, while bringing you back
to your body and senses. Each Yoga class ends with a deep
guided relaxation which calms the mind further and relaxes
you into a creative Alpha brainwave pattern. This sets
the stage for deeper meditative experiences.
During the course of the
retreat we will cover a variety of different types of
meditation including: Walking; Eating; Working; Mantra;
Trataka; Zen; Detached Observation; Vipassana; Perfected
Master Visualization; Somatic Meditation and many more.
The following workshops are
offered during the retreat: Raja Yoga; breathing; sense
withdrawal; concentration; 7 Chakras; mind mapping; creative
writing; and more.
Beginning and experienced students alike will find a supportive,
encouraging environment in which to work, rest and play.
The most important aspect of the schedule is that all
tours, yoga classes, workshops, and even the meals are
optional and should be considered free time. This
retreat is for you to customize in order to fulfill your
needs and expectations.
