Participants gather on the grass lawn at Chappell Hill, overlooking the lake and down town Austin. Charles leads participants through a simple 30 minute routine of easy Yoga poses to help relax the body and still the mind. Please bring a blanket, or something to sit on. Charles meets regardless of weather but if it rains, he usually cuts the program short, and just visits with those who do show up.
